Frequently Asked Questions

  • Massage Therapy is the treatment of the body using a hands-on approach. It can help to treat pain, muscular imbalances, stress, injuries and many other conditions through the art and science of Massage.

Sessions include an assessment of your body’s posture or movement followed by a hands-on treatment.

Here you will be treated with a combination of massage techniques such as Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Joint Mobilizations and many others. The treatment often follows-up with exercise or stretch recommendations to help you continue your progress even after your treatment is over.

The use of Massage Therapy can be an effective approach in injury management and rehabilitation, as well as part of a preventive health care program.

*Details of coverage depend on each individual’s insurance plan. It is up to you to understand the details of your individual plan. In some cases, even when you have coverage, direct billing may be unavailable at the time of your appointment due to factors beyond our control.

  • While we understand that unexpected events may occur, we greatly appreciate advanced notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Last-minute cancellations leave a hole in the therapist’s schedule that could be used to treat another person in need. In addition, multiple cancellations can lead to financial hardship for your therapist if those appointments are not able to be filled.

For these reasons, a late cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card on file if a cancellation occurs within 24 hours of your appointment time. “No-show” appointments or late cancellations may be charged up to the full amount of the appointment.

We greatly appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy.
